Ada Attic Self Storage offers a variety of sizes and prices for our units. We also offer climate controlled units that are kept at 60 degrees in winter and dehumidified in summer. We do not offer outdoor storage. Unit rentals by appointment only.

SECURITY – Access to the facility is through an automatic gate. The gate is activated by your personal entry number. Gate activity is monitored with software. Our facility is well lighted with bright LED lights between every building. We use the latest camera technology. Cameras are high definition with 24/7 video surveillance. The lock supplied to our customers can’t be picked, cut, or drilled. Door latches are heavy gauge hardened steel. See gallery page for pictures.

- Our facility is fully fenced with gated access and digitally monitored by 27 cameras
- Top quality building/roof construction – double sealed doors. New roofs in 2021
- All storage units are fully enclosed and have 9′ ceilings
- Unit sizes are 5×10, 10×10, 10×20 and 10×30. 10 x 20 is the size of a one stall garage
- 10 x 10 through 10 x 30 door openings are 8’ 6” w x 7’ 1” h
- Some climate control storage units have interior hallway access
- Climate controlled units are kept at 60 degrees in winter and dehumidified in summer.
- All buildings are treated quarterly for rodents and insects
- Rent is due on the first of each month
- Leases are month to month. First month is pro-rated if partial
- A one time refundable security deposit of $35.00 is charged for the lock we supply to you
- Rent may be paid with cash, check, debit, or credit card (Visa, MC)
